When do orders open?

Preorders open every 2 weeks. Usually the website opens up on Mondays and it closes on Wednesdays at 5pm sharp. Every now and again, the drop days may  change depending on our schedule and holidays (we're also human!) You’ll get a text alert if you’re on the list — and trust, they go fast.

How do I place an order?

Click “Preorder Now” on the website or visit Hotplate.com/BatterKindVeganCookies.(https://www.hotplate.com/batterkindvegancookies) Choose your flavors, pay online, and you’ll get a confirmation once your order is in.

Do you offer same-day orders?

Not at this time. Every batch is made to order — small, fresh, and worth the wait.
