Welcome to Batter Kind. By placing an order through our website, social media, or in person, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Ordering

  • All customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.

  • Orders must be placed before the specified cutoff time for each drop.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm and secure your pickup.

  • Order confirmations and pickup instructions will be sent via email or text.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickups must be made during the designated time and location listed in your confirmation.

  • If you cannot make your scheduled pickup time, you must contact us in advance.

  • For select orders over $40, delivery may be offered at our discretion (with or without a fee).

Product Information

  • All of our cookies and cookie dough are 100% vegan and made in small batches.

  • Ingredients are listed on product packaging or by request.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to ordering.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.

Refunds

Because our products are made fresh and are perishable:

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product), contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your name, order details, and a photo if applicable.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once submitted and paid.

  • If you miss your pickup and do not contact us, your order will not be refunded or remade.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including our logo, product names, images, and descriptions—belongs to Batter Kind and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages or health issues resulting from the misuse or consumption of our products.
    Always store and handle cookie dough or cookies according to our care instructions.

Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
